Quick answer
First identify the page type: a spreadsheet, source page, photo gallery, category directory or official account page. Then ask what that page can actually prove. Use official channels for login, payment, refunds, shipping status and account help.
Four labels you will see often
Spreadsheet or sheet
An organized list of possible items. It can speed up discovery, but every row still needs its own photo, measurement, source and price checks.
Source or original link
A route toward a marketplace, store, album or product page. The destination must still match the item and option described in the row.
QC photos
Images that may show the inspected item or option. They are useful only when you can connect them to the row and see the details that matter.
Account and support
Login, payment, coupon, refund, warehouse and tracking functions belong to the current official service, not to a third-party guide.
What the label can and cannot answer
| What you see | What it may help with | What to check next | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spreadsheet | Finding candidates quickly | Row date, photos, measurements and live destination | That the list is official or current |
| Taobao, Weidian or 1688 | Recognizing a marketplace route | Exact product, option, seller page and current status | That the seller or item has been verified |
| Yupoo | Finding an image-led album or catalog | Item code, matching source path, price and option details | That the album is a complete order page |
| QC photos | Seeing shape, measurements and construction | Whether the images match the exact row and option | Durability, comfort or a guaranteed outcome |
| Year or update date | Understanding when a page was reviewed | The date on the row and live source page | That every linked item was refreshed at the same time |
| Login or support | Managing an existing account or order | The current official domain and support channel | That a guide can access or resolve the account |
Check the page type before trusting the wording
The same service name can appear on very different pages. One may be an editorial guide, another a product directory, another a copied list and another an official account page. Read the domain and page purpose before relying on the headline.
- Guide: look for clear boundaries, dates and steps that help you make a decision.
- Directory: confirm that items are grouped sensibly and lead to current pages.
- Source page: check the domain, exact item, option, price context and availability.
- Account page: use only the current official service for credentials, payment and order support.
Dates help only when they describe a real review
A recent year in a title does not guarantee that every row or source link is current. Look for a visible update date, then check the item page itself. Price, stock, variants, support rules and route availability can change after an article is published.
When you save a row, record the date you checked it. That small note is more useful later than assuming the spreadsheet date applies to every destination.
A 30-second check before you continue
- Name the page type.
- Confirm the domain and live destination.
- Match the product and option to the spreadsheet row.
- Write down the one detail still missing.
- Use the official service if the task involves an account, payment or order.
